TSM 服务启不来了，大家能帮忙看看吗？

本来可以启动的，但是我由于要用其它方式备份OS。所以把TSM server
停掉了，停的时候，使用dsmadmc 进去，使用halt，把server停掉。。
然后等了几分钟，使用dsmadmc已经不能登录了。
使用ps -ef|grep dsm   
dsmserv服务还在，就kill掉了那个服务。。
现在服务启不来了。。
