In IHS v8 or later, with GSKit 8.0.14.11 or earlier, this misleading error can be issued when a KDB stash file is corrupted or has been overwritten by $IHSROOT/bin/sslstash. After GSKit 8.0.14.11, this will be reported as "SSL0104E: GSK could not initialize, Invalid password for keyfile.".
If you're using PKCS11 cryptographic offload, re-stash your secondary KDB password with Ikeyman, and choose a new output location for the $IHSROOT/bin/sslstash command and SSLSTashFile directive.
