已解决修改数据库字符集为UTF-8（以Oracle数据库为例） C:>sqlplus sys/sys@orcl as sysdba SQL>shutdown immediate;  SQL>startup mount;  SQL>alter system enable restricted session; /*管理员排它模式*/ SQL>alter system set job_queue_processes...显示全部
已解决
修改数据库字符集为UTF-8（以Oracle数据库为例）

如果修改完字符集后还报此错误，那只有重装数据库了，在安装过程中选择字符集为UTF-8。
不过最后还是有一个分派器错误
