CAM-AAA-0135 用户已在所有可用的名称空间中通过身份验证

环境：cognos8.4
        LDAP：sun one5.2

cognos启动正常，在访问web的时候报的错误：CAM-AAA-0135
                                     用户已在所有可用的名称空间中通过身份验证。
网上解决方法：
1、In Cognos Configuration, ensure that the environment settings for Gateway namespace is pointing to one of the available authentication resources.
If so, verify the settings for this authentication resource (servername and port number) are valid, and the server is up and running.

If no Gateway namespace is entered, check all defined authentication resources for their correct settings and/or that the authentication resources are up and running.

LDAP在8.2中我使用的很正常，在8.4中test也都没有问题。但是Cognos Conneciton始终打不开，报上面的错误。
