客户端内正常连接，使用TCP/IP方式连接失败。SQL0969N
一、DB2版本为V10.5免费版，操作系统为redhat v6.5
系统为全新安装的操作系统和数据库，成功创建实例DB2ADMIN和数据库IRPT之后尝试连接成功。
二、确认网络通畅且50000默认端口为打开状态。
三、切换至我自己的机器使用quest central尝试编目连接数据库时报错。
