有台IBM DS4800启动不起，LED报1.0

专家好：

客户有台IBM DS4800 LED 启动到1.0时就不再启动，可以ping 通192.168.128.101, 和102两个IP,但LED不能启动到85,

也不能认挂的EXP810上的硬盘，
用Storage Manager也不能连上去，
但可以用串口登录，进到Vxworks,下，

看起来好像是就没有正式启动，
后来在串口下升级了firmware,还是老状态（LED 码1.0)，哪位有此经验，如何检查controller的状态？
