请教TSM备份出现问题
数据库是oracle10. tsm是6.1 每天备份到磁带库。 发现这几天备份出错
rman错误提示：

tsm客户端报错提示：
02/23/16 15:43:12 ANS5216E Could not establish a TCP/IP connection with address '10.21.20.230:1500'. The TCP/IP error is 'A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.' (errno = 79).

这个lan-free一直有。但之前也是备份成功的。 不知道哪里出现了问题。请指教。

解决方法:连到http://tsmservername:1580,用户密码admin/admin.
Operation view-->Manage security-->Set server authentication 下的 Authentication 选项
设置成 OFF.
但是我的tsm web端无法访问。 在命令行怎么操作呢
