P5 575机器一直报错，亮黄灯，请教原因和解决方法！

客户机房的9118-575之前9台都亮黄灯的，进HMC关了灯之后，现在有两台还是一直报错亮黄灯，报的错误是：BFE4C025，下面是报错内容和诊断信息：

看到里面指出了BPC和BPR，但是机柜上面的电源模块都是绿灯，看location也不知道是对应哪一个，求高手解救！！收起
