TSM6.3 dsmserv 无法启动

硬件平台：power7刀片700
系统平台：AIX 7.1.0.4 ， 上面有一个DB2 9.7的应用正在运行（比TSM要重要）
TSM版本：V6.3

    安装完TSM server，配置实例后，无法启动TSM server，请问这是怎么回事？

启动TSM server时出错
# dsmadmc

原来是server没法启动
#ps -ef | grep dsmserv
      root 12714202  6357136   0 22:01:20  pts/6  0:00 grep dsmserv

启动server时报错如下
#pwd
/opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin

# ls -l dsmserv
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     system     52395189 Oct 11 2011  dsmserv

# ./dsmserv
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program ./dsmserv because of the following errors:
        0509-150   Dependent module libdb2.a(shr_64.o) could not be loaded.
        0509-022 Cannot load module libdb2.a(shr_64.o).
        0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
