HMC_dump in progress报错？

A) When the HMC is at version 8.3.0, or later, you can restart a logical partition on another server only when the source server is in the following CEC state values.

CEC STATE VALUES:

(1) Initializing

(2) Power Off

(3) Error

(4) Error - Dump in progress state

按照官方理解，这种情况下可以换个逻辑分区重启
