tsm备份oracle报错空间不足？

oracle rac使用TSM备份报错
oracle 版本11.2.0.4.0
tsm client版本7.1.1
tsm server版本7.1.7
操作系统版本 Redhat7（AIX也遇到过），报错大致相同，查看虚拟带库容量充足，为什么会报空间不足呢？而且没有达到迁移的量。
