WAS7 Dmgr异常

WAS7 FP35的环境
上面部署了7个应用，目前是测试环境
服务器在运行一段时间之后，就会出现服务器响应非常缓慢的情况，具体表现为登录WebSphere控制台非常慢，登录进去后，管理其他对象（nodeagent和appserver、applications）时响应也很慢，甚至是没有反应
这个时候需要重启Dmgr，并同步节点，这个现象就会缓解，有的时候还需要重启nodeagent和appserver。。。
在Dmgr的日志中有web线程等待超时以及outofmemeory的报错，求解
