我是was新手，发布程序后无法访问，安装网上的教程修改端口9080为80。但是不知道因那个问题而导致管理的9043都无法登陆。
教程如下：
http://localhost:9060/ibm/console/ 以admin（任何标识）用户登录
2、打开 环境－>虚拟主机－>default_host－>其它属性(主机别名)
查看是否有80端口，如果没有80端口，可以把9080端口改成80端，建议新建80端口！
3、打开 服务器－>应用程序服务器－>server1－>通信（端口）－>WC_defaulthost
把9080端口改为80
4、重启WAS服务，访问相关应用（这个时候不用输入端口）。
看了一下system.out的log
下面一个比较可疑：
[8/22/12 16:25:13:310 CST] 00000012 TCPPort E TCPC0003E: TCP Channel TCP_3 initialization failed. The socket bind failed for host * and port 9043. The port may already be in use
请教修复的办法，因为操作的时候没有备份。如果不行只能重装了。

Symptom
In the systemlog.out the following error is reported:
TCPC0003E: TCP Channel TCP_3 initialization failed. The socket bind failed for host * and port 9043. The port may already be in use.
Cause
Another application on the system is using port 9043
Resolving the problem
Uninstall the ISC/AC as per the manual:
From under the directory: /opt/tivoli/tsm/_uninst
Run the following uninstall script:
./Uninstall_Tivoli_Storage_Manager -i console
Then reinstall ISC/AC configuring the port with another port number that's not in use.
Use netstat to find out which ports are currently in use.
但是在was7下 我找不到Uninstall_Tivoli_Storage_Manager文件，是不是was这个文件名改了？

在stop was的情况下
用netstat -nat|grep 9043 是没有内容。
可以分析去9043没有被其他端口占用。
真的是比较奇葩的情况啊。
