我用同样的帐号密码在另一个节点上创建数据源就报错      在节点 BEJ-DEP2-CREDIT-WASNode01 上的服务器 nodeagent 上，数据源 Sybase JDBC Driver DataSource 的测试连接由于以下异常 java.lang.Exception: java.sql.SQLException: JZ004: User name property missing in DriverManager.getConnection(..., Properties).DSRA0010E: SQL 状态 = JZ004，错误代码 = 0 而失败。 查看 JVM 日志 获取进一步的详细信息。

很明显，你的应用是部署在server1上，而你的数据源配置的作用范围是dmgr。肯定就不对了。
