WAS安装到最后一步报错,求高人解答

安装的最后一步（就是本来应该出现Installation Summary界面的时候）报的错。
Prerequisite checking has failed. Failure messages follow:
Warning: UNIXProcess.forkAndExec native error: The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.

系统是AIX5.3 WAS版本是6.1.0.0ND

我查看了授权和所属组都没有问题。求教这个是什么原因，怎么处理？收起
