修改ip后无法登陆9060端口

这个好像是启动了WAS安全性造成的，当不启动WAS全局安全性的时，直接访问http://localhost:9060/ibm/console 可以直接登录控制台，但是启动安全性后就需要在验证用户名密码了，需要验证用户名密码时，是需要HTTPS请求的。收起

这个是我windows/system32下的hosts改哪个？我的9043端口可以访问。如果是localhost:9060/ibm/console就会无法访问。或者自动转发到9043这个地方。 求解收起
