jdk配置的是jdk1.6，安装的版本是cognos10.2中文版，oracle为oracle10.2.0.3版本，驱动为classes12.jar；tomcat内存调整为1024，并设置菜单操作中的配置全局变量--〉常规-〉服务器语言环境：en，文件另存为了utf-8格式。启动程序后报：[正在使用“最大内存（以 MB 计）”启动 JVM]
已成功使用内存设置 “1024”启动了测试 JVM。请注意，这并不能保证 IBM Cognos 服务会成功启动和运行。
