cognos8.4在WIN7下不能安装？
现在需要在自己的win7机器上装客户端，开发完成后发布到服务器，但是安装的8.4的TM，transfer 的时候，系统提示。

The official supported environments state that Cognos 8.4 does not support Windows 7 as you can confirm yourself here
