DB2 V11 中的范围分区表是否支持按分区清空数据

So far V11 newly supports inplace reorg for range partitioned table but with the following restrictions

（1) only if there are no nonpartitioned indexes (except system-generated XML path indexes) defined on the table and ON DATA PARTITION is specified

（2）Only one data partition can be reorganized at a time
