IBM Netezza数据分析一体机

working for Netezza right now. Netezza has been a competitive high-performance easy-to-use platform, with especially outstanding performance for data warehouse applications. Our customers (in USA) include, but not limited to, top banks like Bank of America, Citi.

我最近2-3年没用netezza了。只能讲讲以前的经验。

我们是最早的netezza的customer之一，当时是把一DB2 DPF version 7的DW system converted to netezza。之前的DB2-DPF system问题多多， keep many of us busy. Converted to netezza后， 我们都基本没事可做了， 管理起来太easy， 很少出问题，performance也good。即使有问题， netezza 有超一流Support， 基本不用我们操心。有一年参加netezza user conference在Boston， 很多customers， 个个都很happy。 后来IBM acquired netezza，后来我也没管了。

Thanks. May you help me answer that how long does it take for failover if any machine down ? more If one data partition HANG or Down ,have any failover mechanisms ?
