aix6.1安装openssh7.1.101.5000后，无法启动sshd服务

aix6.1上升级安装openssl-1.0.2.1000和openssh7.0.1.5000时，报安装openssh.base.server 7.1.101.5000失败。具体原因为：

手动重新产生key，又有如下报错：

# ssh-keygen -t rsa -f /usr/etc/ssh_host_rsa_key
