xntpd自动关闭问题求助

B机作为备机，与A机同时启动xntpd进程（smitty xntpd or startsrc -g xntpd都试过）
但B机的此进程一会就挂掉：
提示:the request could not be passed to the xntpd,start the subsystem and try your command again...
纠结
在vi /etc/ntp.conf的server配置与A机一样

原来怀疑是HA的问题，可是把HA 停了也是如此
