The system is stopped on one of the base motherboard controller checkpoints.
If the system hangs on one of the base motherboard controller checkpoints, do the following:
Remove the AC cord, then reattach it to the system.
Watch the control panel display. If 01 appears in the upper left hand corner of the display, power on the system.
If the system continues to hang on a base motherboard controller checkpoint, replace the system backplane
