从powerplay报表钻取到reportnet系统

Drill Through to IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8

To set up drill through from PowerPlay Web to IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8, you must perform the following tasks:

• Specify the drill-through targets (.crr)

  • In Transformer for your measures or PowerCubes

  • In PowerPlay Connect for other OLAP sources

• Update all affected cubes .

• Create a folder for target reports in IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8.

• Set the IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8 environment .

• Select the filters for the target report .

• Create the target report .

• Disable IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8 Assistance .

Notes

• IBM Cognos ReportNet and IBM Cognos 8 requires users to log in to view a report. If your cubes use security, you must use the same authentication source for both IBM Cognos Series 7, and IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8, if you want users to access IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8 without being prompted for a user ID and password.

  IBM Cognos ReportNet and IBM Cognos 8 uses Access Manager to administer users and user class security, and a directory server to store the authentication information. If you have installed a ticket service, Web users will be prompted once per session for a user ID and password. If your cube is using the same authentication source as IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8, then users will not be prompted when drilling from the cube to a IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8 report.

  If the computers running PowerPlay Enterprise Server and IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8 are located in different domains, users will be prompted for a user ID and password when drilling from the cube to a IBM Cognos ReportNet or IBM Cognos 8 report.

• Users need execute privileges for the drill-through target report to drill through to it from the PowerPlay cube or report. For more information about setting up drill-through reports, see the IBM Cognos Web Portal User Guide.

  
  

  操作步骤：

  以下称pp报表为源报表，reportnet报表为目标报表

  1、         新建.crr文件

  a)         在transformer里，右键power cube选择属性drill through

  b)         在custome report处选择add，新建一个crr的文件名，

  注意：该文件名必须和目标报表的名字完全一致，否则不能识别。

  c)         保存模型文件

  2、         刷新模型

  3、         在reportnet系统里，新建一个文件夹，用来存放目标报表。

  4、         以管理员登录原报表的服务器，修改服务器设置，保存并加载。

  a)         进入管理界面，选择tab：power play，在多维数据集的属性里。

  选择属性：IBM Cognos ReportNet/Cognos 8 服务器里填上reportnet系统的网关地址，例：http://reportnetgateway:port/domain/servlet/Gateway

  b)         点击cube发布的package：

  选择属性：IBM Cognos ReportNet/Cognos 8 文件夹，填上目标报表所在文件夹的搜索路径。例：/content/package[@name='test']/

  5、         在reportnet系统里的新建文件夹里，新建目标报表，名字和模型里的crr文件名保持一致。
