自己遇到过解决了,然后几个月重新配又忘了,为了不忘,记下来大家分享
If you meet the error when save the configuration, please check below options:
a) Whether the firewall block the port 9300;
You can copy the link form IBM Cognos Configuration to IE, and test the link directly.
b) Please copy below three folders from Cognos server and paste to the same path in your FM client.
• configuration/csk
• configuration/encryptkeypair
• configuration/signkeypair
c) Make sure you have entered the correct password for CA (certificateAuthorityServicePassword ).
• Open Cognos Configuration on the Cognos server;
• Export the configuration to clear text using "File -> Export As";
• In the exported file search for "certificateAuthorityServicePassword". The value in the next line will contain the CA Service password in clear text. Note it.
On the FM client:
• Open Cognos Configuration
• Find Security -> Cryptography -> Cognos
• In the Certificate Authority Settings, change the password to the value read from the CM configuration following above steps.
• Save configuration;
