HELP!请教安装AGENT的问题

最近给客户安装LANFREE遇到个问题，
操作系统版本5306
TSM SERVER 5.4.6.0  CLIENT 5.4.2.0
agent安装过程中会提示需要Base Level Fileset，尝试过各种版本5.4.2.0,5.4.1.0,5.3.6.0都尝试过，ftp.software.ibm.com 这个上面没有这种0.0的Base Level Fileset，不知道是否有这种0.0的版本存在，或是有人遇到过这个问题该如何解决？
报错如下
