求助COGNOS10.2.1 DPR-DPR-1035问题

操作系统：红帽cognos版本10.2.1
数据库：oracle 11g

安装配置正常，CM正常，访问正常

新建数据源连接报错如下：

Oracle / 兼容

已失败

DPR-ERR-2002 无法执行请求，因为配置的时间限制内无法连接到可用进程
