现在node db1在跑生产应用
node db2无法启动
3个ip：service ip、db1的boot1 ip地址、db2的boot2 ip地址 在同一个网段10.52.221.xxx；
2个standby ip: db1的standby1 ip地址、db2的standby2 ip地址 在同一网段 182.0.0.x；
在node db1上 ping node db2的boot2 ip 有50%的丢包，
：26 packets transmitted, 14 packets received, 46% packet loss
在node db2上 ping node db1的boot1 ip 或service ip 是正常的。
在node db2换完boot2对应的网卡后出现这个情况，换网卡前有一小段时间 node db2 hacmp可以启动，但是node db2 hacmp一启动，node db1的应用就宕下来了。
