怪异的磁盘状态、系统问题

ERRPT看报错，hdisk0有问题，准备更换，但是查看系统中hdisk0是active的，
其间机器因为风扇问题宕机，重启后hdisk0又不报错了，但是在上传数据时，又报错，
怀疑硬盘还是有问题的。
关键重点在准备减小PS空间时，发生了比较奇怪的问题，无法减小，会报错，
而且hdisk1明明是active,但是就是无法创建LV，提示hdisk1为missing的状态，
怀疑可能是以前有人克隆系统操作不当的问题，因为在ODM中可以看到克隆留下的VG、LV信息altinst_rootvg，
具体之前有没有这样的操作已经不知道了，

也无法在hdisk1上创建LV，提示hdisk1是missing状态，

以上就是报错相关的信息，大家看看如果要换hdisk0这个盘应该怎么换比较保险，
不知道为什么hdisk1的状态明明是active的，但是执行命令就报是missing的，
synclvodm,syncvg都试过，没用的。
我想先把rootvg镜像拆了，把hdisk1踢出VG，再重新加入VG重新做镜像，
做好后，再用新盘把HDISK0替换掉，不知道可行吗？
关于ODM里的那个altinst_rootvg，应该怎么处理呢？
