可以检查一下 notes.ini 里的 TCPIP 使用的端口
然后检查一下使用这个端口的进程是谁。用到的命令应该是 netstat -Ann, rmsock , ps -ef，具体方法可以问一下 AIX 工程师，或者 google aix 端口 进程 侦听 检查。收起

In this case, the fully qualified domain name was:
department.company1.net
and the Net Address was:
department.area4.com
In the DNS server, both of the fully qualified domain names were listed. When the server starts, sometimes this name was resolved and other times it was not; therefore, the error appeared randomly.
To correct this problem, modify the fully qualified domain name to match the server's hostname so that both fields have the same fully qualified domain name. A server restart is required for this change to take effect.
