cognos服务启动失败

时测试环境，这是第二次安装，和第一次的错误一样，报CM-REQ-2378的错误。CM-REQ-2378 A request was received to start the negotiation process to determine which Content Manager instance should become active。

链接打开没有内容

这个问题本身，是什么阻止了dispatcher访问Content Manager服务。可以去查查本地的防火墙设置。简单点，直接关掉好了。 至于链接打开没内容，直接去翻翻我的博客好了。

CM-REQ-2378 A request was received to start the negotiation process to determine which Content Manager instance should become active 请注意这一条信息。可能有两种解释，一是Cognos dispatcher服务没有办法连接到Content Manager，二是系统中有不止一个Content Manager。 注意到Log信息，最后的启动是成功的。楼主不妨尝试去连接一下Cognos服务。
