麻烦请大声帮忙看看，我的电脑是AMD E2-3000的cpu，4G内存，可以搞定Cognos么？安装了Cognos10.2 服务器后，配置一直没有成功。
目前的设置如下：
JAVA_HOME就没有该了， 使用的是我原来jdk1.7的，我只是将bcprov-jdknn-nnn.jar文件拷贝到jdk1.7的ext下面。
然后数据库的测试已通过
启动服务就等很久都没有反应，然后就报错误：

Since the value is empty, the feature is disabled. There is nothing to test.

[ ERROR ] The mail server cannot be reached.
[Start Service]
[ ERROR ] CFG-ERR-0106 IBM Cognos Configuration did not receive a response from the IBM Cognos service in the time allotted.
Check that IBM Cognos service is available and properly configured.
要是我把系统变量中的JDK的JAVA_HOME删除的话，测试数据库连接或者启动服务就报IO异常。
