之前用的好好，但我想把启动的jvm调大些，调到2048第一次启动没问题，但第二次启动 很慢，就把进程kill掉了环境是 redhat6.4
cognos版本是 10.2.1
出现这个错误提示

然后最后报
[ ERROR ] CFG-ERR-0106 IBM Cognos Configuration did not receive a response from the IBM Cognos service in the time allotted.
Check that IBM Cognos service is available and properly configured.
请问这个问题怎么解决
报错问题已经解决，原因也找到了，原本linux中有cognos用户来启动cognos。应该是有人用root启动过，产生了一些文件，再用cognos启动就会设计没有权限的问题。
但现在又出现了问题，我不清楚是内置tomcat配置的原因还是 里面文件权限的原因，就是打开 http://xxxxx:8088/ibmcognos 会很慢，然后在IBM Cognos Connection 与IBM Cognos Administration 切换中卡死。
