版本：cognos10.1 32bit 正式版
环境: windows server 2008
        sqlserver 2005
问题：运行IBM Cognos Configuration启动服务报错。

[错误] CFG-ERR-0103 无法启动 IBM Cognos 服务。
执行外部进程后返回值为“-1”的错误代码。

问题分析：我之前在这台服务器上安装过64bit的server，但是也启动不了，然后我又卸载后重新装的32bit。 用安装时自带的content manager数据包可以正常启动，在我指定sqlserver 或者sqlserver windows身份数据源时，就会报这个错。
我按照论坛里的相关解决办法，能试的都试过了，还未解决。
