报表执行错误 'sqlOpenResult' status='-28'.

Details
UDA-SQL-0114 The cursor supplied to the operation "sqlOpenResult" is inactive.
UDA-SQL-0530 Could not start a gateway thread to execute the request asynchronously
RSV-SRV-0042 Trace back:RSReportService.

cpp(722): QFException: CCL_CAUGHT: RSReportService::process()RSReportServiceMethod.
cpp(263): QFException: CCL_RETHROW: RSReportServiceMethod::process(): asynchWait_RequestRSASyncExecutionThread.

环境：
1. 系统由8.4 升级到10.1.1
2。使用DB2 数据库

错误发生情况与已处理方式：
1。报表内有page1~page6 共6张报表，单独run page1~page都没有问题
2。当同时run page1~page6时出现以上错误讯息
3。DB2表空间足够 ，且Cognos 暂存区也足够(都是>50G)
4. 使用'validate the report'检查报表没有任何错误

请问有没有人有遇过这种问题以及如何解决的呢？ 谢谢
