一个1天前没有提交的一个DML在循环日志和归档日志

无论在循环日志还是在归档日志中，active log 都是无法被归档的，而没有提交的DML 占用的就是active log。收起

虽然db2没有undo/rollback segments
就像oracle undo/rollback segments不能被archived一样，

   DB2没有提交日志不可能归档或重复使用，只会造成日志空间满，然后事物回滚，释放日志空间才可以收起

DB2 uses WAL
write-ahead logging. Transactions are logged while they occur, regardless of whether or not the transactions commit. Transactions go from the log buffer to log files (transactional logging) before any data is written from the buffer pools to the database structures.收起
