Linux db2text search 安装报错
OS Level:
Welcome to SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (s390x)
Kernel 2.6.16.60-0.60.1-default running on an s390x (under z/VM 5.4.0)
db2 installation package : v9.5fp7_linux390x64_server.tar
因为防火墙原因我不能采用db2setup GUI custom安装方式,所以我用静默安装方式。我在AIX下可以安装成功但是Linux下怎么也搞不定。所以请教下大家是否见过那个错误。谢谢

drdb2 is correct,db2 text search is not suppoted on Liunx Z/OS at all.

Thank you drdb2,actually,I tried the root installation last time(db2_install) but failed(db2 can be installed successfully,unfortunately it doesn't include db2 text search),so this official document makes me confused.
If this a root installation, you must create a DB2 instance and configure DB2 Text Search using one of the available methods.
Since db2 still not being installed,how can I create the instance ?
I reported to this issue to IBM US L2 yesterday,they are still investigating it.Let me try more and will post the solutions once I get it,appreciate your time and expertise here.收起

db2_install should install all compenents
