主机显示存储上硬盘有问题

大家帮忙看看，小弟重新在存储上划完LUN以后i，主机上显示不出hdisk3的User Label，
另一台主机是可以看到User Label，如果没有User Label影响正常使用吗？
请大家帮忙看看是什么原因，
