AIX 识别 FlashSystem 存储的问题

【环境】
# oslevel -s

存储：FlashSystem 720

【问题描述】把磁阵一块LU 分配给 主机的 fcs0  fcs1 ，被识别为了两块盘，并且 被识别为 "Other FC SCSI Disk Drive"

# lsdev | grep fcs

有查到

但是这个点击Obtain the fix for this APAR.  有3.9G 的东西要下载...
而且下载一点速度都没有....

我觉得应该不需要下载所有的包...

所以想请教：
1.导致AIX 识别FlashSystem 多路径出现问题的原因是啥？如何解决呢？
2.对应的http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=isg1IV38191 这个下载页面，如何下载到 我需要的东西？
