AIX6.1nim推系统问题

0042-001 nim: processing error encountered on "master":
   0042-302 m_bos_inst: the state of "test41" prevents this operation
        from succeeding.  Use the "reset" operation to correct
        its state then retry the intended operation.
这个报错怎么解决，请帮忙看看。网络是通的，原来也用这个nimserver推过的。
