奇怪的问题，连ps都运行不了，说内存不足

今天听用户说生产环境的其中一台主机好多命令都执行不了了，但oracle业务不受影响，下面是相关的执行命令，从提示来看说是内存不足了，但lsps -a显示交换区都还没用完呢，这怎么回事呢？如何解决这个问题呢？重启也许可以解决，但现在想找个不重启就能解决的办法，最好是知道是什么原因引起的，这台机器平时除了些巡检工作外，不会进行其它操作。
