PRS-INS-1401 无法例示解释程序指令“TDSRequest”。？

在cognos11.0.13的linux版本中启动中报错[ ERROR ] CFG-ERR-0106 IBM Cognos Configuration did not receive a response from the IBM Cognos service in the time allotted.
Check that IBM Cognos service is available and properly configured.
