之前在测试HACMP时，添加过persisit ip，后来测试完了后将hacmp中创建的cluster删除掉了，persist ip也删除掉了，在两节点上停掉hacmp服务后发现persisit Ip还在，这个怎么删掉呢？

clinfoES or snmpd subsystems are not active.
snmp is unresponsive.
snmp is not configured correctly.
Cluster services are not active on any nodes.

确认hacmp服务都关闭了，而且通过smit hacmp删除了cluster配置了。
