IHS启动时报错，从was控制台传播插件失败
集群IHS+WAS，以前单独访问某一个节点http://ip:9080可以访问，最近无法访问(9080可以telnet通)，通过日志发现，以下问题请各前辈帮帮忙
附件plugin-cfg.xml插件是 /WAS/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/config/cells/was-1Cell01/nodes/IHS-1-node/servers/webserver1
附件plugin-cfg-IHS.xml是/IHS/IBM/HTTPServer/Plugins/config/webserver1
IHS的http.conf中 WebSpherePluginConfig /IHS/IBM/HTTPServer/Plugins/config/webserver1/plugin-cfg.xml

从WAS控制台 （6.1.0.31），web服务器生成插件正常，传播插件失败，但是又不影响应用的使用，求解
生成插件：PLGC0005I: Plug-in configuration file = /WAS/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/config/cells/was-1Cell01/nodes/IHS-1-node/servers/webserver1/plugin-cfg.xml
信息PLGC0052I: Plug-in configuration file generation is complete for the Web server was-1Cell01.IHS-1-node.webserver1.
传播插件失败
PLGC0063E: The propagation of the plug-in configuration file from /WAS/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/config/cells/was-1Cell01/nodes/IHS-1-node/servers/webserver1/plugin-cfg.xml to /IHS/IBM/HTTPServer/Plugins/config/webserver1/plugin-cfg.xml on the Web server computer failed.
PLGC0049E: The propagation of the plug-in configuration file failed for the Web server was-1Cell01.IHS-1-node.webserver1.
