WAS_ND_7 Linux下启动Dmgr失败

WAS新手,Linux RHEL6.1 32bit环境下装WAS_ND_7,在初始化安装WAS之后没有弹出Firststeps页面,我也手动找不到,但是在PMT当中还是建了AppSr01.报错如下:[root@david-virtual-machine bin]# ./startManager.sh

启动Dmgr失败,原因何在?怎么才能正确初始化Dmgr?
