我登陆进去http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/cn/downloads/ws/was/ ，下载下来的是Installation manager , 接下来就迷茫了， 各有大虾知道后续咋用

1. Install IBM Install manager.
2. Shutdown the fire wall.
3. Set the Proxy server if neccessary
4. Add repository server "http://www.ibm.com/software/repositorymanager/V8WASBASETrial".
5. Then click the install button, the IBM install manager will find the WAS 8.0.
6.Please check the WAS 8.0 and uncheck all patches. (According to my test, currently, we cannot download the patch file, and the failing of download will stop the process of WAS installing.)
