framework manager安装失败，如何解决呢

我以前装了framework manager客户端，后来卸载了，没有卸载干净，现在我再装framework manager，就会提示我说“在此系统上检测到以前安装的IBM Cognos Express Framework Manager中的文件。继续安装前，请联系客户支持人员来帮助您删除这些文件”，有人知道这些残存的文件时哪些嘛？
