当前cognos 服务器 有部分多维报表可以运行，有部分出现上述错误。求大家相助，谢谢。

Resolving the problem
When using the wrong transfer mode during the ftp process you'll get this error message.
Steps:FTP the .vcd file as ASCII
FTP the Control cube and the folder containg the TBP cubes as Binary
