Cognos10启动问题

Cognos10在启动过程中报出如下错误，不知有没有高手知道原因？

com.cognos.pogo.services.DefaultHandlerService', 'pogo', 'Failure'.
DPR-DPR-1035 调度程序检测到错误。
Human Task Service Failed to start


其他的服务和Content Manager都已经启动成功，就最后报出这个错误
