db2 licensed 过期问题

db2 的版本为V10.1，安装的版本为aese（高级企业版版），因为licensed过期，就上网找一个V10.1的db2aese_c.lic文件拿来注册，显示为注册成功，查看相应的信息如下

[db2inusr@pressurepc sqllib]$ db2licm -l

但启动db2实例时：报如下错误

[db2inusr@pressurepc sqllib]$ db2start

You can register the license using the db2licm command. The license key can be obtained from your licensed product CD.

SQL1032N  No start database manager command was issued.  SQLSTATE=57019

问各位大神是什么情况，该如何解决？
